10 seated high bar stools with 5 high bar tables , 12-16 lower chairs around 2 trestle tables with white cheese cloth table runner, 2 double seater sofas

We may hold back furniture if you party size is smaller to allow you extra space in the venue.

Social space, for standing and sitting. Maximum to be seated is 30 people

Alternative Afternoon Teas available upon request to cater for allergies. Please note - we are a gluten, dairy and nut friendly restaurant which means we use the right procedures to separate our products, however our kitchen does use gluten/diary and nut products and cannot guarantee airborne cross contamination, this decision has to be to the individual customer.

50% of the total amount will be payable a month before your event - 1st Payment

The full amount will be payable a week before your event - 2nd Payment

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

£75 Hire Fee paid at point of confirmed booking

4 weeks before your Event 50% of the total will need to be paid as your 1st payment

1 week before your Event the final total will need to be paid as your 2nd payment

Should you drop below the minimum adults required for your booking, you will be still be charged for the minimum of 20 adults.

Should the 1st payment be incomplete 4 weeks before your Event your booking will be cancelled and your Hire Fee will be non refundable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

We do require a holding deposit of £100 for our Bar Hire Events, this is to cover the Venue in case of any breakages and damages and will not be taken from your account unless we let you know otherwise. This will not be a paid deposit of £100 however we do ask for your card details to be authenticated online via a link we will send you & therefore we do not require any money upfront for the security holding fee. It must be completed prior to your Event.

TIME EXTENTION

£50 per hour

ORDERING

Your food is pre-ordered so there is nothing left for you to do! Please note food cannot be changed on the day.

All allergies/dietary requirements need to be stated at time of booking.

Due to the current climate of delivery shortages, food may be subject to change however we will notify you should this affect your booking. 

EXTRAS/ DECORATIONS

If you would like to bring any decorations that is absolutely fine however we do not accept confetti or confetti balloons and any selotape/ hooks/ bluetac attached to our walls.. If you have any queries about decorations please email restaurant@oadstreet.com before you make any arrangements. 

You are more than welcome to arrive no earlier than 12pm to set up the venue with any personalised items, please confirm this 1 week before your arrival via email. All guests are expected to arrive no earlier than 1:30pm.

Any decorations brought into our venue large or small will be required to be removed by yourselves at the end of your Event. Should any decorations be left on site will incur a removal fee taken from your Security Deposit.

AMENDMENT POLICY

If you wish to make changes to your booking this needs to be done before your final payment due a week before your event. Any dietary and allergy changes are not able to be made on the day so please ensure you have notified us of these in advance.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking the following terms will apply:

Less than a months notice your hire fee and 1st payment will be non refundable.

1 week or less before booking date, 2nd payment will be non refundable.

5 - 8 weeks cancelling notice your hire fee will be transferred to a Gift Voucher or can be transferred to another date

8 weeks plus your hire fee will be refunded

Once your final payment has been made 1 week prior to your event, all payments are non refundable

Individual cancellations are non refundable after second payment has been made 1 week prior to your Event Date
