What are your opening hours?
We open at 9am and close at 3:30pm Monday - Friday. We open at 9am and close at 5pm Saturday - Sunday.
What are you Christmas opening hours?
We are closed 24th, 25th, 26th & 27th December. Open on 28th, 29th, 30th & 31st December. Closed Monday 1st January 2025.
What time do you stop serving food?
Our kitchen is open every day 9am-3pm.
Can I book a table?
You can book a table for Celebratory Brunch or Afternoon Tea. For our Brunch/Lunch menu, it is a walk in service only.

How do I book a Winter Igloo?
All bookings for our Winter Igloos are booked online via our website. Please visit oadstreetfoodandcrafts.com/winter-igloo to view our availability and booking information and please note we will require at least 3 days notice.
When can I book a Winter Igloo?
Our Winter Igloos are available until 30th March 2025. Summer Pods will be opening in April 2025.
How many do your Igloos seat?
Our Igloos seat a minimum of 2 with a maximum of 10 Monday - Friday and a minimum of 4 with a maximum of 10 Saturday - Sunday. Our Igloos have a maximum of 10 chairs in each and can fit a maximum of 10.
Can I book in for a special occasion?
If you are interested in coming for our Brunch/Lunch menu, we do not make any exceptions on the walk in service we provide. Should there be a slight wait on a table, we have a buzzer system where you can browse in our Gift Shop whilst you wait. The team will be working hard to get you seated as soon as possible.
However for any special occasions we highly recommended our Celebratory Brunch, Afternoon Tea & Igloos, please view all information on our website on the relevant tabs.
Do you cater for baby showers?
Yes of course! We have our Bar Area available for Private Hire for groups of 20 - 30. You can view all of the information on our website www.oadstreetfoodandcrafts.com/barhire to view the package we offer along with our availability to get booked in on a date that works for you.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you can bring your dog & sit in our beautiful Courtyard. We do not allow dogs inside our restaurant (assisted dogs are an exception). We do allow well behaved dogs in our Igloos but not on our soft furnishings.

Do you open in the evenings?
Our Restaurant & Gift Shop are open day time hours only. We have Evening Venue Hire available, please email events@oadstreet.com for more information.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we cater for Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy Free etc. Please view our menus for more information
Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?
Of course! Please click our Gift Voucher Tab to purchase your Gift Voucher online. Any problems or queries, please email restaurant@oadstreet.com
Do you offer a Gift Voucher extension?
We can not extend any expired Gift Vouchers so please ensure they are redeemed within the 12 month period. We do not accept Gift Vouchers within our Summer Pods.

Wheelchair access?
Yes we have more than adequate wheelchair access, disability parking at the front of our building, ramps at entry & exit and disabled toilets also.
